Jessica Utley, MS, LPC, LCDC-Intern
If you are hurting I want you to know you are not alone. I am here to offer a kind word and an understanding heart to help lead you out of the darkness. When it seems, you are alone and no one cares, I care. When you have suffered trauma no one understands, I understand. I want to help guide you, help you to cope and ultimately give you your life back or improve it.
My goal is to help you to produce lasting change in your life. This is accomplished through offering compassion, understanding and guidance to individuals who find themselves struggling. I look for patterns to assist individuals to grow in self-awareness, creating a healthier outlook. I am passionate about helping you to produce a lasting and positive life transformation.
I guide and encourage individuals to create healthy behaviors through challenging the mindset, increasing self-awareness and reflection. In so doing, I assist clients to make connections, regulate the intensity of emotions, and empower the healthy mindset.
