I am passionate about producing lasting transformation and assisting individuals to achieve their goals. This is accomplished through offering compassion and kindness to individuals who find themselves struggling. I enjoy using humor, when needed, as it truly is the best medicine.
I encourage individuals to create healthy behaviors through positive thinking and goal setting. In so doing, I assist clients to alter their way of thinking to create a fulfilling and serene life. I believe our actions are dictated by our thoughts and, therefore, it is imperative to change our way of thinking to create lasting behavioral change.
